Great location and easy to access. the breakfast was satisfactory and the staff was hospitable. the hotel rooms were spacious and well, equipped with all the basic amenities one could need. the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the lobby area was well, maintained with comfortable seating arrangements. the hotel had a mini, fridge in the room, which was a nice touch.

the Wi, Fi was not up to the mark and was very slow.

did not like anything at all about the hotel. It was over priced, badly placed, poor service, poor hygiene... I can not believe it was rated as high..

Poorly placed... under a metro bridge... walk out of the gate you walk straight into traffic... Chicken sandwitch was stale... room carpet and furniture had stains... breakfast food was cold, we were kept waiting for 1hour at 2am before room was sorted out. mangement blame the staff for every thing without looking into why... they apologize a lot but nothing will change.. Hotel is over priced and over rated... Staff try their best but main problem is the hotel itself.

Do recommend this hotel for a family. Bed was comfortable, and overall the room met requests. We were near some of our favourite spots such as Jheel Park...

The inside of the Hotel was suberb in design and the rooms spacious. The food was good and we enjoyed dinig in the room.

As I had made the booking at the last minute and the printed was not working, I took note of the res,no. and rang the Hotel to reconfirm but on arrival they didn't know me, or the rate to charge..... Turned out to be more than on website.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location is perfect, as it is just a short walk from Rajendra Place Metro Station. the rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the staff was attentive and always ready to help. the breakfast provided was delicious with a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the prompt and efficient service provided by the hotel.

The internet connection in the rooms was not reliable.

The Gym of which the hotel liase with which is located across the road, the food also nice though it is very simple.

The owner (or the big boss) is not friendly at all

sold as free internet in the rooms, during our stay never really worked. internet only available in lobby. room floors wireless non-operative. breakfast needs to improve. no internal stairs, up and down between the 3 floors relying upon a single lazy elevator.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right next to a metro station, which made it very easy for us to explore the city. The staff here were excellent and always attentive, especially the concierge who was very helpful with all our queries. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, a television, and a in-room safe. We also enjoyed dining at the restaurant and relaxing in the bar/lounge area. this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.
